Hawkeye Spas Hot Tub Saves Trips to Therapist

Hawkeye Spa Will Save Us Money
I just purchased a 2nd Hawkeye Hot Tub. My first was two years ago for self and family and the second is for son with back injuries from an auto accident that is inoperable and is going through therapy weekly. I know he will enjoy his spa tub as much as we enjoy ours and will also save on the costly trips to the therapist.

The Delivery Crew Was Very Professional

Hawkeye Spas Hot Tub: Delivery Review

Delivery crew was very professional
When I had my piano delivered last year I was a nervous wreck. The delivery crew was sloppy unorganized, and at one point, after they precariously attached my piano to the lift, they almost slammed my brand new upright in to the side of my house which would have destroyed it for sure.

You can understand why I was nervous about the hot tub delivery. Turns out the delivery crew was very professional. They took their time and were very attentive. I can tell they have experience. It’s the same with anything I guess. It just takes time to learn how to do something right. It’s hard to believe though that only two men were able to lift my spa up on to my deck. I lucked out this time and got a delivery crew that knows what they’re doing, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised.

Hawkeye Spas Hot Tub: Review

I have enjoyed my Hawkeye Spa
I have enjoyed my Hawkeye Spa SO MUCH! I got a smaller tub for 3-4 people. It arrived timely and set-up went perfectly with what the owners manual said. It has one really well since day one. My friend called it a “spaceship”. I’m going to continue with the EcoOne chemicals like Hawkeye recommended. Working great so far!

Neck and Shoulder Therapy Collars are Outstanding

Hawkeye Spas Hot Tub: Review

Neck and Shoulder Therapy Collar is Outstanding
I bought the Odyssey hot tub and I had to take the time here to write a good Hawkeye Spas review on the Odyssey. I have been thoroughly impressed with it’s performance especially with the neck and shoulder therapy collars. They are outstanding! Both Collars have 3 jets each dedicated to neck and shoulders. My old spa didn’t have this, and I am extremely happy I elected to include this option in my new spa. If anyone is reading this, and is unsure about hot tub features, make sure you get at least one therapy collar. Well worth it, and there’s way more pressure dedicated to the above water jets in the collars than I thought there would be. This is truly an amazing feature. It relieves tension in my neck, and is the ultimate form of relaxation for me that I never had before.

I love the 2 pumps of pressure in my Ambassador Hot Tub

Hawkeye Spas Hot Tub: Review

I love the amount of pressure I get from the 2 pumps
I purchased the Ambassador hot tub and I’ve had it now for a few months, so I figured now is a good time to write a Hawkeye Spas hot tub review. I’m really happy with the tub, and nothing has gone wrong with it. Before I made the purchase, I was debating on one or two pumps. I’m really glad I got the Ambassador with 2 pumps. The whole reason I got the hot tub is for hydrotherapy, so this was the best option for me and I’m glad I made the right decision. The neck jets feel great, and make me feel so relaxed at night before I go to bed. Thank you Hawkeye Spas for making a great hot tub and working with my budget.

Hawkeye Spas Bad Review: Cover

Hawkeye Spas Bad Review: Cover

Damaged Cover
This review is not so much intended to be a bad review on my Hawkeye Spa, but more a bad review on my Hawkeye Spa cover. It had two holes in it, and it had a bunch of scratches. It looked horrible. It looked like someone dragged it behind a truck on the highway. The delivery guy had to come back to my house to give me a new one. He did apologize and he said he gave me a used cover by accident! I joked with him and said if my wife was she would throw a fit, and he’s lucky. I’m also lucky because she’s been out of town for the past few days and she will never know now I have the new one. Unless of course she reads this post, but thats why I signed in on a false name. Anyway, I hope this helps other people, not with lying to your wife to avoid an ear full (although I also recommend this), but just make sure you check the cover when you get a new hot tub to make sure its all legit, and doesn’t look like it got thrown out of a plane.

Hawkeye Spas Hot Tub: Delivery Review

Luckily Hawkeye Spas included delivery
I have a herniated disc in my back and there was no way I was about to try and move a hot tub on my own. Luckily, Hawkeye Spas included delivery when I bought it. The delivery guys did a real good job getting my tub in to place. They did a much better job than I could have done thats for sure. They were really nice, and they asked me to write a hawkeye spas hot tub review, so here it is. Delivery guys were top notch. Plugged up the spa last week, and it’s running great. So far I love it. I’m having some issues with the chemicals, but I think I found a solution. I will certainly recommend Hawkeye Spas to friends in the future.

My wife floats right out of the lounge

Hawkeye Spas Hot Tub: Complaint

My wife floats right out of the lounge
We bought a Hawkeye last year, and we’ve been frustrated with the lay down seat (lounge) ever since. My wife has osteoarthritis in her legs and knees, and that’s why we bought the spa with the lay down seat so she could get jets right on her legs. The problem is, the jets blow her right out of the seat! This has been my only major complaint about our Hawkeye Spa hot tub. The lounge seat is by far the most comfortable seat in the whole spa especially for the legs, and she can’t even use it. Apparently, women float out of the lounge more than men. The hot water still helps soothe her pain, but wish we knew about the lounge problem and we would have chose a different Hawkeye Spas hot tub model or style that would help her out with the arthritis in her legs better.
